On May 5, 2010, a survey soliciting input to inform the development of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Coral Reef Conservation Program (CRCP) Five-Year Strategic Plan was electronically distributed to more than 4,000 southeast Florida stakeholders. The survey, which was open for three weeks and closed on May 25, 2010, was completed by 315 stakeholders and provided the CRCP with invaluable information which will influence the future direction of the program.
